We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products within Canada. If you change your mind, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or refund for any regularly priced item.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth process:

  • -Returned items must be unopened.
  • -Returned items must be in original packaging.
  • -Returned items must be unused.

Shipping & Handling

  • -Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Even if your order qualified for free shipping, we still cover courier costs on our end, so those charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • -All return shipping costs are at your responsibility.
  • -Refused shipments or uncollected packages at pick-up stations will be treated as returns, and return shipping fees will apply.

Third-Party Payment Processing Fees

For payments made through PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or similar services, these providers charge a refund processing fee (usually around 3% of the total). This fee is deducted directly by the payment service and will therefore be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • -Perishable goods (e.g., food and beverages),
  • -Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged/Defective Items

How to Start a Return

  • 3. Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and ship them to the address provided.
  • 4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or adjustment of your refund/exchange.
