Shipping policy
Order Processing
All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). Shipping time may increase during sales periods. You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped, and you will be notified of any delay. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada.
As all orders will enter sorting, packing, and shipping procedures as soon as they are placed, any cancellation of order must be submitted via phone or email within []hours after placing the order. If the order is eligible for cancellation, a notification email will be sent to confirm the cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from unauthorized use, alteration, or misuse of discount eligibility.
Shipping
Before we ship your order, we make sure each item is in perfect condition. We carefully pack everything with extra care to protect it as best as we can. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we do our best to make sure your package arrives safely and beautifully.
Pick-up and Free Delivery in Great Toronto Area
We currently provide local pick-up and delivery services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
A. Local Pick-Up
You may choose to pick up your order at any of our three designated pick-up locations, by appointment only:
MK: 14th&McCowan (Deib Crescent)
NY: Yonge & Finch (near Finch TTC Station)
VH: Keele & Major Mackenzie (near Jack Pine Park)
After placing your order, please wait for our confirmation and schedule an appointment before coming to collect your items.
B. Local Delivery
Free delivery is available within the GTA on all orders over $69 CAD, after discounts and before taxes.
Deliveries are typically fulfilled within [1–3] business days. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
Shipping within Canada
Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders to to most addresses within Canada, on orders over $99 CAD, after discounts and before taxes.
If there are any issues with your order availability or shipping delay, we will contact you by phone or via email within 48 hours after the order is placed. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Notes:
- -Free Shipping excludes oversized items such as: Springbuds.
- -Free shipping does not apply to returns, exchanges, or any previous orders.
- -Free Shipping may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
Flat shipping rate of $9 CAD on orders that are not eligible for free shipping.
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order once. If delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left at your door. Packages will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for 3–7 business days before being returned to us. If re-delivery is required, extra delivery fees may be charged.
Exception
We are sorry that some areas of the country are excluded from our Free Shipping policy. These exception areas include: Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:
